Booking Policy

40% deposit and balance 30 days before arrival in India.
For reservations during the high season (Christmas, New Year) full payment is required at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure
• 45 days before arrival: 25% of the tour cost
• 30 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost
• 15 days before arrival: 75% of the tour cost
• 07 days before arrival: 100% of the tour cost
Note: for the entire High Season period (20 December – 5 January), payment is non-refundable.
